• Led PC development projects for ten-member group (all direct reports).
• Allocated resources for projects, team building and project tracking.
• Handled performance reviews and all staffing needs for department.
• Division acted as FTA agent by processing loans and pay out of Small Business Administration’s (SBA’s) $30 billion portfolio.

Coordinated frequent meetings with business departments and programmers to allocate resources and determine project priority. Worked with programmers to produce: process flow diagrams, MS-Project plans and project scope documents. Created internal programs using MS-Studio and Web application with ColdFusion using dynamic stored procedure calls. Project focus was on creating new systems/databases for new securitized government loan contracts. Directed PC and external portal Web development efforts (HTML-CSS, Cold Fusion and Fireworks).
